YearYear (2000 to 2024)
QuarterQ1=Jan-Mar, Q2=Apr-June, Q3=July-Sept, Q4=Oct-Dec
HousesNew US residential house construction starts (in thousands)
Details
Number of new homes started in the US for each quarter from 2000-2024.
Updated for 4e (earlier version are in HouseStarts2018 and HouseStarts2015)
