clusterPeaks

Description

Cluster peaks into overlapping groups.

Usage

clusterPeaks(peaks)

Arguments

peaks

data.frame with columns chromStart, chromEnd.

Value

peaks data.frame, sorted by chromStart, with an additional column cluster.
