Usage

Arguments

xxn	fixed effect vector or matrix.
xxx	snp matrix which are selected by EM-Bayes.
yn	phenotype data.
bbo	effect value of snp estimated by EM-Bayes.

Value

lod	Odds of logarithm vector of markers.
