Description

Produce a measure of agreement between two partitions. A value of 1 means a perfect match.

Usage

ARI(v,vprime)

Arguments

v

numeric vector specifying the class of observations.

vprime

numeric vector specifying another partitions of observations.

Value

a list including the arguments:

ari: value of the index.

nv: contingency table which the index is based on.
