Description

SNHTrelativeDoubleShift returns the result of the standard normal homogeneity test (SNHT) relative homogeneity test for two shifts applied to a time series.

Arguments

dataSeries

time series of climate data

refSeries

dataframe with climate data (reference)

diffFlag

logical TRUE=difference, FALSE=ratio
