Description

Interpolate a numeric or factor vector.

Usage

interpolate(x, ...)

interpolate(x, ninterp = 4L, ...)

## S3 method for class 'integer'
interpolate(x, ninterp = 4L, ...)

## S3 method for class 'factor'
interpolate(x, ninterp = 4L, ...)

## S3 method for class 'character'
interpolate(x, ninterp = 4L, ...)

Arguments

x	A numeric or factor vector.
...	Not used.
ninterp	The number of points to interpolate between observations. It should be an even number for sensible results on a factor/character vector.
