Usage
preparePed(ped, available, lLociFreq, rseed = NULL)
Arguments
ped
A ped object with information of the genotyped members. The ped object must be in Familias format.
available
Genotyped individuals IDs.
lLociFreq
Allele frequencies.
rseed
Seed used for simulations.
Value
A ped object.
