hyper2: The Hyperdirichlet Distribution, Mark 2

A suite of routines for the hyperdirichlet distribution and reified Bradley-Terry; supersedes the 'hyperdirichlet' package; uses 'disordR' discipline <doi:10.48550/ARXIV.2210.03856>.
