Compute the negative log-likelihood of a Gaussian Process.

Arguments

par

the values of the covariance parameters.

model

an object with "lineqGP" S3 class.

parfixed

not used.

mcmc.opts

not used.

estim.varnoise

If true, a noise variance is estimated.
