These functions return multinomial confidence intervals of the markovchain objects.

Usage

multinomialConfidenceIntervals(transitionMatrix, countsTransitionMatrix, confidencelevel)

Arguments

transitionMatrix

Transition matrix.

countsTransitionMatrix

Counts transition matrix.

confidencelevel

Confidence level.

Value

A list with two matrices
