## Usage

 ```1 2``` ```multinomialConfidenceIntervals(transitionMatrix, countsTransitionMatrix, confidencelevel = 0.95) ```

## Arguments

 `transitionMatrix` An estimated transition matrix. `countsTransitionMatrix` Empirical (conts) transition matrix, on which the `transitionMatrix` was performed. `confidencelevel` confidence interval level.

## Value

Two matrices containing the confidence intervals.
