NIfTI-1 or ANALYZE format files.
Usage
rmniigz(x)

rmgz(x)
rmhdrgz(x)
rmhdr(x)
rmimggz(x)
rmimg(x)
Arguments
x
is the file name.
Value
The file name without offending suffix.
