to_json: Converts to json representation
In popgraph: This is an R package that constructs and manipulates population graphs.

This is a nice function that takes a graph structure and converts it to a json format for use on the web.

1	to_json(graph, file)

`graph`	An object of type `igraph`
`file`	A file to write the output to (default missing)

A textual json representation of the graph
