predhy: Genomic Prediction of Hybrid Performance
Performs genomic prediction of hybrid performance using eight statistical methods including GBLUP, BayesB, RKHS, PLS, LASSO, EN, LightGBM and XGBoost along with additive and additive-dominance models.
