Description

Bootstrap resampling parameters

Usage

add_bootstrap(psdesign, bootstrap)

Arguments

`psdesign`	A psdesign object, it must have risk model and integration model components
`bootstrap`	A bootstrap object created by ps_bootstrap

Examples
