lowpass: Low Pass Filter for Image
In ripa: R Image Processing and Analysis

Computes a low-pass filtered image with dimensions of the given input image. the lp pasing distance is given via radius.

1	lowpass(img,radius)

`img`	pixmap or matrix
`radius`	gives the pass radius
