In rolypoly: Identifying Trait-Relevant Functional Annotations
rolypoly
This package is meant to identify enrichment of SNP-trait association signal in functional annotations.
Install
At the moment, installation is easiest using the devtools package. The function devtools::install_github("dcalderon/rolypoly", build_vignettes = TRUE) will install the package and build vignettes.
Usage
I am in the process of writing tutorials for basic rolypoly functionality. For now see the introductory vignette by running vignette('intro', package = 'rolypoly').
Notes
- Still in early alpha phase.

- Continue alpha testing.
