rumenGP: Rumen Gas Production Modeling, Comparison, and Visualization
Provides tools for importing, processing, visualizing, fitting, comparing, and interpreting in vitro rumen gas production data. Supports ANKOM RF workflows, generic gas production datasets, and pressure-based measurements. Includes multiple kinetic models, custom nonlinear models, model comparison workflows, treatment-level ranking, diagnostic tools, and visualization functions for rumen fermentation studies.
