Implements multistage genomic selection index methods from Chapter 9. These methods combine genomic estimated breeding values (GEBVs) across multiple stages with covariance adjustments due to selection effects using Cochran/Cunningham's method.
Methods included: - MLGSI: Multistage Linear Genomic Selection Index (Section 9.4) - MRLGSI: Multistage Restricted Linear Genomic Selection Index (Section 9.5) - MPPG-LGSI: Multistage Predetermined Proportional Gain LGSI (Section 9.6)
All implementations use C++ primitives for mathematical operations.
