An S4 class storing parameters specific to fastsimcoal
Slots
fastsimcoal.execcharacter string for the fastsimcoal command line
executable.
pop.infomatrix of population sampling information created by the
fscPopInfo function.
hist.evmatrix of historical events created by the
fscHistEv function.
locus.paramsdata.frame specifying loci to simulate created by the
fscLocusParams function.
growth.ratea vector num.pop long giving the growth rate of
each population.
sample.timesa vector num.pop long giving the time (in generations)
that samples are drawn from in population.
