Helper to make a graphviz rank string defining the latent, manifest, and means and their shapes

Usage

xmu_dot_define_shapes(latents, manifests, preOut = "")

Arguments

latents	list of latent variables (including "one")
manifests	list of manifest variables
preOut	existing output string (pasted in front of this: "" by default).
