In valmetrics: Metrics and Plots for Model Evaluation

Calculates the Coefficient of determination (R2) from observed and predicted values.

r2(o, p)

`o`	A numeric vector. Observed values.
`p`	A numeric vector. Predicted values.

Interpretation: larger is better.
