LMidsA numeric vector containing the mid-points of the length bins
pLCatchA numeric vector containg expected proportion for each length class in the catch
pLPopA numeric vector containg expected proportion for each length class in the population

EstsA matrix of estimated values
VarsA vector of estimated variance for SL50, SL95, F/M and SPR
NLLA numeric NLL values
maxFMA numeric of maximum estimated F/M value (note this is apical F)
SPRatsizeA vector of cumulative SPR at length (currently only works for GTG model)
fitLogA vector of error logs for each fit. 0 means everything is okay.
