Bioconductor/ZarrExperiment: Manipulate Zarr archives as R objects
The ZarrExperiment package defines the ZarrExperiment class, an interface between the zarr format and functionality and Biocondcutor's "Experiment" class. It also defines a set of wrappers for zarr's python wrappers. It allows remote representations from an S3-like location with the ZarrRemote class.
