Usage

doSNF(data, K, K_n = 10, sigma = 0.5)

Arguments

data	List of matrices.
K	Number of clusters
K_n	Number of nearest neighbors
sigma	Variance for local model

Value

a list of clust the clustering of samples and fit the results of the method SNF
