Settings
HTML pages have been created through the Rmd file, using an hp laptop with the following characteristics:
- OS: Windows 10
- R version 3.3.2 64bits
- RStudio version 1.0.44
- CPU : Intel i7 @2.7GHz
- RAM 8Gb
Additional information:
The code to generate the figure 3 takes ~ 15 - 20 minutes to run, take this into consideration before starting the "knitting". A solution to reduce
computational time would be to reduce the number of clusters looked for in nclone_range, or increase the number of cores used to
run the simulation.
