Check modification status of dbWork against dbOut and
dbTempOut
Usage

dbWork_check_status(path, SFSW2_prj_meta = NULL)
Arguments
path
A character string. Path to the folder where the database will be
created.
SFSW2_prj_meta
An environment.
Value
A logical value. TRUE if the status of dbWork claims to
be modified (out of sync) or if its time stamp is older (and suggest to be
out of sync) than any modification time of the output generated for
dbOut and/or dbTempOut – the later is only checked if
SFSW2_prj_meta is not null; FALSE if dbWork is deemed
to be in sync with output progress of project.
