shedspoly_folder
character, path to folder containing maximum
drainage basin shapefiles derived from a HydroSHEDS
dempoly_folder
character, path to folder containing drainage basin
shapefiles derived from DEM
out_folder
character, path to folder containing output files
station_point
spatialpointsdataframe of station
