Arguments
station
spatialpoint*
basin
spatialpolygon* of contributing area basin, already clipped to hybas
hybas
spatialpolygon* corresponding to the entire hydrobasins boundary
additive
whether to add gaps to basin or subtract the downstream gap
from the containing hydrobasin
