smooth.coverage(gr, bandwith = 100)
Arguments
gr
GRanges object
bandwidth
the bandwidth. The kernels are scaled so that their quartiles (viewed as probability densities) are at +/- 0.25*bandwidth.
Value
GRanges object of smoothened coverage profile
