Arguments

singlets	CIMseqSinglets; A CIMseqSinglets object.
multiplets	CIMseqMultiplets; A CIMseqMultiplets object.
swarmInit	See CIMseqSwarm.
maxiter	See CIMseqSwarm.
nSyntheticMultiplets	See CIMseqSwarm.
eps.stagnate	See pso.2.0.
maxit.stagnate	See pso.2.0.
currPath	The analysis directory.
args	List of arguments passed to the script. Should have sample in args[1].
...	additional arguments to pass on

Value

Saves swarm output to data folder in current directory.
