Description Usage Format Source
A dataset containing drug sensitivity signatures for cancer cell-line experiments. Each row contains the computed drug sensitivity signature (estimate, p-value, fdr, n) of a single gene in a single experiment (an experiment is defined by a tissue, compound/drug, and molecular data type).

A data frame with 7805 rows and 12 variables:
ENSEMBL gene name
name of compound used in experiment
name of tissue used in experiment
The drug sensitivity estimate
The number of trials
false discovery rate (adjusted p-value)
the molecular data type, i.e., rna, cnv, etc.
the relative starting position of the gene within the chromosome
the relative ending position of the gene within the chromosome
which strand of DNA the gene is located on (+/-)
the chromosome on which the gene is located
the p-value of the drug response
