Usage

binsPlot(IBDRes,color,parentInfo,parentNum)

Arguments

IBDRes

The results of IBDConstruct, see IBDConstruct.

color

A named vector for defining color of parents.

parentInfo

A named vector for defining label of parents.

parentNum

The number of parents.
