get_integrand: get_integrand
In Gtmille2/multiEndpoint: What the Package Does (One Line, Title Case)

This is a function that returns the integrand for the

1	get_integrand(k, theta, v, z, x)

`k`	K is the number of treatments used in this trial before the trial
`theta`	Theta is the treament effect
`v`	V is the current fisher's information
`z`	Z is the current
`x`	X is used in the integrand
