Arguments

res	fit from SPICT
blim	biomass limit reference point as fraction of Bmsy
bthr	biomass precautionary reference point as fraction of Bmsy
rel	if TRUE ratios BBmsy and FFmsy are stored
osa	add one-step-ahead forecast
forecast	extract forecast TRUE/FALSE
