Arguments
spict
fit from fit.spict()
blim
biomass limit point as fraction of Bmsy, default 0.3Bmsy (ICES)
bthr
biomass precautionary point as fraction of Bmsy, default 0.5Bmsy (ICES)
Value
STARS list with $timeseris and $refpts
