In IDEELResearch/SeekDeepRANN: Basic Tool for Annotating the Output of SeekDeep for Exonic Regions
SeekDeepRANN
Purpose
To annotate the output from SeekDeep within exonic regions.
Installation
To install the current version of SeekDeepRANN, first ensure that you have the R-package devtools:
install.packages("devtools")
Then download and build SeekDeepRANN from Github with:
devtools::install_github("IDEELResearch/SeekDeepRANN")
