timea numeric vector. Time to infection from the insertion of catheter
eventa numeric vector. 1: time of infection 0: time of censuring
agea numeric vector. Age of the patient at the time of infection
sexa numeric vector. Sex of the patient 0: male 1:female
diseasea numeric vector. Type of disease
dis1a numeric vector. Dummy variable to codify the disease type.
dis2a numeric vector. Dummy variable to codify the disease type.
dis3a numeric vector. Dummy variable to codify the disease type.
IDa numeric vector. Patient code.
