Issoufou-Liman/SpatialProbs: Solving Spatial Problems under Uncertainity

SpatialProbs stands for `S`olving `Spatial` `Prob`lems with `Prob`abilities. The package provides useful functions for derving important spatial explicit metrics. Most of the function focus on deriving these metrics as Bayesian networks nodes but can also be used for other analysis, particularly those on multi-critera analysis.
