Construct XML data structure for all the resources_SSP.xml files.
Usage
module_energy_batch_resources_SSP_xml(command, ...)
Arguments
command
API command to execute
...
other optional parameters, depending on command
Value
Depends on command: either a vector of required inputs,
a vector of output names, or (if command is "MAKE") all
the generated outputs: resources_SSP1.xml, resources_SSP2.xml, resources_SSP3.xml, resources_SSP4.xml, resources_SSP5.xml.
