module_gcamusa_batch_elecS_costs_USA_itc_xml(command, ...)

Value

Depends on command: either a vector of required inputs, a vector of output names, or (if command is "MAKE") all the generated outputs: elecS_costs_USA_itc.xml. The corresponding file in the original data system was batch_elecS_costs_USA_itc.xml (gcamusa xml-batch).
