theme_GCAM: Default GCAM theme function

Description
An add-on function to any ggplot2 object. Derives from ggplot2 black and
white theme function (theme_bw).
Usage

overlay_graticules = FALSE)
Arguments
base_size
Base font size
base_family
Base font type
legend
Boolean; whether to include a legend with default legend
formatting.
overlay_graticules
Boolean; whether to place grid lines on top of plot
