Usage
mul1_regions
Format
A data frame with 1 row and 9 variables:
- name
region name
- sequence_name
chromosome or amplicon name
- start
start coordinate of the region
- end
end coordinate of the region
- highlight_site
coordinate of the SNP site
- cut_site
coordinate of the cut site
- hdr_allele_profile
HDR allele profile
- wt_allele_profile
WT allele profile
- ref_sequence
sequence of the amplicon region
