Description

This function is the core function to calculate weight score for a gene.

Usage

indexSeedList(seedListName, dbMatrix)

Arguments

seedListName

A list of vectors which contain gene names in each region.

dbMatrix

Database matrix

Value

A list of vectors which contain gene indexes in each region.
