JuanXie19/LRT: LRT (Lineage estimation by integrative analysis of single-cell RNA-seq and TCR-seq data)

This package provides function for investigating clonal differentiation heterogeneity by integrative analysis of scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq data. In addition, it also includes shinyClone and shinyClust, two shiny apps for clonotype exploratory analysis and clonotype clustering and clonotype cluster characterization.
