Arguments
longMatrix,
dataframe in long format
metadata,
the metadata
indivVar,
variable corresponding to indivuals variable
listVar,
a list of variables that correspond to metadata column names
colorVar,
color variable name
Value
a long matrix with barcode abundances in each set of variable choose.
