In MarkPlatts/mser:
mser
Package that can be applied to the results from Cefas MSE Plugin to produce the standard plots and tables required for a Management Strategy Evaluation Project
R/PlotMSE.R contains the main function for most plots. This function is documented and contains examples for most if not all plot types that are possible.
R/TableMSE.R contains 'create_table()' for generating common MSE summary tables. Again this function is documented and contains examples for how to use these functions.
