bn_limit = 20, good_count = 300)
Arguments
region
Number of the beads to analyse
analyte
Name of the analytes corresponding to the bead number of region
tpw
List of the treatments applied to each well (names(tpw) is the name of the well)
bn_limit
Bead number lower limit to plot the histograms
good_count
Maximum ordinate of the bead count density
