dot-createParams: Create a parameters file
In MayaGueguen/RFate: Vegetation modelling with the FATE model

Create a text file containing value(s) for one or several parameters and separated by a same character value.

1	.createParams(params.file, params.list, separator = " ")

`params.file`	a `string` corresponding to the name of the file that will be created
`params.list`	a `list` containing all the parameters that will be included into `params.file`, and whose names correspond to the parameter names
`separator`	a `string` to separate each parameter values within the parameter file
