In MolecularPathologyLab/MmCMS: Calling CMS for mouse tissue
MmCMS: an R package for consensus molecular subtyping of mouse colorectal cancer models.
MmCMS package calls CMS subtypes in mouse tissues. The core algorithm is Nearest Template Prediction (NTP) and CMScaller [Guinney 2015; Eide 2017; Hoshida 2010].
Install
Run the following code in R/RStudio to install the package:
#install.packages("devtools")
#devtools::install_github("MolecularPathologyLab/MmCMS")
