Create a PCAMax object from a data.frame produced by the EnsembleSolver
Usage
PCAMax(tbl, tfIdentifierColumnName = "tf.hgnc")
Arguments
tbl
a data.frame
tfIdentifierColumnName
a character string identifying the transcription factor column
Value
a PCAMax object
